It seems you don't have a firm grasp on how these things work. They don't claim it takes 46 million to make a stretch goal happen, it's just added to the "to-do" list. Stretch goals are merely incentives.

Those demos are only for the physX demonstration. Thats a lot of processing power and %100 of it is for the simulation alone.

the money doesn't go directly into the stretch goal. It goes to hiring more people and other business related expenses, the stretch goals are just intensives.
